MY Side Exit is a planning and progress-tracking tool designed to help employed individuals with dependents and fixed monthly costs plan a safe transition from PAYE employment to self-employment. The Service provides:

  • Financial runway and coverage analysis
  • Transition planning with monthly targets
  • Income tracking capabilities
  • Risk assessment and flagging

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: MY Side Exit is explicitly NOT financial advice. The Service is a planning and tracking tool only. The calculations, scores, and recommendations provided are:

  • For informational and planning purposes only
  • Not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice
  • Not a prediction engine or guarantee of outcomes
  • Based on assumptions and data you provide

You should consult with qualified professionals (financial advisors, accountants, lawyers) before making any significant financial decisions or career transitions.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
